At approximately 3:30 PM ET, we identified that some of our background services were not functioning properly, impacting certain real-time updates—specifically, features like email delivery, saving content, and syncing Gradebook data. As of Sunday, March 30, at 6:00 PM ET, a fix has been deployed to help restore services. However, the backup service queue may take a few hours to fully clear, so some services may recover faster than others.
