Identified - We are currently aware of an issue where users are unable to access course-related settings pages, including Course Settings, Account Settings, and Student Manager. This issue is also affecting access to Top Hat Tests for some users.

Our team is actively investigating the root cause and working to restore full functionality as quickly as possible. We will provide updates here as soon as more information becomes available.
