Email Delivery Issue

Identified - We’ve identified an issue with our email service, which is currently preventing the delivery of all outgoing emails. We’ve temporarily removed the email verification step to allow users to complete account creation. If you were previously stuck waiting for a verification email, please try signing up again to proceed.

Other email functions, including course invitations, remain unavailable. We’re continuing to work on restoring full email functionality and will share another update shortly.

Investigating - We’re currently investigating an issue causing all outgoing emails to remain stuck in the queue. This is impacting messages related to course invitations, account setup, and other notifications.

Our team is working to resolve the issue and restore normal email delivery. Updates will be shared here as they become available.
